Job Description

We are seeking a high-level CRM Architect to take full ownership of our sales infrastructure. This isn't a basic data-entry role; you will be the primary person responsible for ensuring our sales pipeline is a well-oiled machine. Your daily focus will involve auditing deal stages, building out automated reporting dashboards for management, and performing deep-cleansing on our lead database to ensure 100% accuracy.

If you have spent years mastering HubSpot or Salesforce and you actually enjoy the logic of mapping out complex customer journeys, we want to hear from you. You should be comfortable identifying bottlenecks in a sales process and proactively suggesting workflow improvements. Accuracy is everything in this role—if you are the type of person who catches a duplicate record from a mile away, you'll fit right in.
