Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented CRM & Marketing Automation Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and sales operations using HubSpot. This role is focused on keeping our CRM organized, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, and helping automate key parts of the customer journey.

You will be responsible for managing contacts, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting the execution of email marketing campaigns and automated workflows. This includes setting up sequences, updating pipelines, segmenting lists, and making sure everything in HubSpot is structured and functioning as expected. You’ll also work closely with the team to support lead nurturing efforts and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HubSpot and understands how marketing automation supports both lead generation and customer retention. You should be comfortable navigating CRM systems, organizing data, and following established processes while also spotting areas for improvement.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot. You should have experience managing contact databases, setting up and maintaining email campaigns or workflows, and supporting sales pipelines. Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work independently are essential in this role.
