We are building our customer relationship management system from the ground up and need an expert to implement HubSpot CRM. Your work will directly impact how our sales and marketing teams connect with customers and drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Implement HubSpot CRM: Configure the platform from initial setup through optimization, customizing it to our specific business workflows
- Migrate and organize data: Transfer customer information from our current systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Build automation: Create workflows that save our team hours each week through automated follow-ups, task assignments, and reporting
- Train our team: Teach our sales and marketing staff how to use the system effectively, creating documentation and best practices
- Optimize continuously: Monitor system usage, gather feedback, and make improvements to increase adoption and effectiveness
What You've Done
- Successfully implemented HubSpot CRM for at least one other company
- Migrated data from spreadsheets or other systems into a CRM platform
- Created automation workflows that improved team efficiency
- Taught non-technical team members how to use new systems
- Troubleshot technical issues and found practical solutions
