Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CRM Implementation Specialist to lead the configuration, deployment, and optimization of our HubSpot CRM platform. This role is critical to enhancing our sales operations and customer relationship management capabilities as we scale our B2B financial technology services.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive HubSpot CRM solution tailored to our B2B financing sales cycle
- Configure sales pipelines, deal stages, and automation workflows to optimize sales team efficiency
- Execute data migration from existing systems with meticulous attention to data integrity
- Develop custom reporting dashboards for sales performance monitoring and forecasting
- Integrate HubSpot with our proprietary financial platform through API connections
- Provide comprehensive training and documentation for sales and marketing teams
- Establish best practices for CRM utilization and data management protocols
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HubSpot CRM implementation experience
- Proven track record of successful CRM deployments in B2B environments
- Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
- Experience with data migration projects and system integrations
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage implementation projects end-to-end
Preferred Experience:
Previous work in financial services, technology, or B2B SaaS environments is highly valued, though not mandatory for candidates with exceptional HubSpot implementation expertise.
