Job Description
You start the morning by pulling the pipeline report. Three deals have been sitting in 'Proposal Sent' for 10 days with no activity logged. You update the workflow to trigger an automatic follow-up task for the account executive. While you're in there, you notice a new lead source hasn't been mapped to a campaign — you fix it and flag it to marketing.
By mid-morning, the head of sales is asking why there are duplicate contacts syncing between Salesforce and HubSpot again. You've seen this before. You trace it to a webhook misfiring on closed-won deals, patch it before it spreads further, and document the fix so it doesn't happen again.
The afternoon is a mix: cleaning up contacts from a new lead gen integration, building a sequence that auto-disqualifies leads inactive for 60 days, and sitting in on a 30-minute ops call to understand a new onboarding workflow so you can automate the handoff.
