Job Description

We run a credit repair operation helping clients dispute inaccurate, unverifiable, and outdated items from their credit reports. We work across all three major bureaus — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion — and we're looking for a Dispute Specialist who knows this process inside and out.

The role involves reviewing client credit reports, identifying disputable items, drafting targeted dispute letters, tracking bureau responses, and managing the full dispute cycle from intake to resolution. You'll work with multiple client files simultaneously, so strong organization and attention to detail are essential. This isn't a one-size-fits-all process — knowing when to escalate, how to respond to bureau verifications, and how to apply the right strategy for each situation is what separates a good dispute specialist from a great one.

You should have hands-on experience with credit repair workflows and a solid understanding of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Familiarity with credit repair software or CRM tools used in the industry is expected — tell us what you've worked with. Experience handling Metro 2 compliance disputes or debt validation letters is a strong plus.

We need someone who is methodical, thorough, and doesn't cut corners. Credit repair done right takes time and precision — every letter, every follow-up, and every bureau response matters. If you read bureau responses carefully, know exactly how to push back, and take pride in getting results for clients, this role is built for you.
