Creators Scout

We're looking for a motivated talent scout to help identify and recruit promising fitness, health, and wellness creators. If you're active on social media, understand what makes creators stand out, and enjoy connecting with people, this could be a great fit.

Your Responsibilities

• Discover high-potential creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Reach out through direct messages and email
• Introduce creators to our community and explain the opportunity
• Build relationships and qualify interested candidates
• Keep outreach and follow-up records organized
• Consistently achieve recruitment goals

This role focuses entirely on sourcing and recruiting new creators. Ongoing creator management is handled by another team.

What We're Looking For

• Strong English communication skills
• Experience with outreach, recruitment, influencer marketing, or lead generation is an advantage
• Confident managing conversations across multiple platforms
• Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Passion for fitness, sports, or the creator economy
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and home workspace
