Creator Outreach VA

We're expanding our creator partnership program and are looking for someone who enjoys finding great content creators, starting conversations, and building long-term relationships.

This position focuses on sourcing creators, managing outreach, coordinating product samples, and helping grow an active affiliate network.

Your Daily Workflow

Rather than spending your day on administrative tasks, you'll be actively searching for creators who align with our products and helping move them from first contact to active collaboration.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Finding creators on TikTok, Instagram, and similar platforms
• Evaluating engagement, audience quality, and niche relevance
• Sending personalized outreach through DMs, email, or affiliate platforms
• Following up with creators who haven't responded
• Coordinating product shipments for approved creators
• Recording outreach progress and creator activity
• Identifying promising creators for priority follow-up
• Assisting with affiliate onboarding

Who We're Looking For

This role is a good fit if you already have experience with creator outreach, affiliate partnerships, influencer marketing, or social media management.

You should also be:

• Comfortable communicating in written English
• Highly organized
• Able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Familiar with spreadsheets or CRM systems
• Interested in learning new creator platforms and tools

Experience with TikTok Shop affiliates is a plus, but not essential if you're a quick learner.
