Job Description

A course launch is not a single event. It's a sequence of dependent steps where one delay breaks everything downstream. We need a coordinator who gets that — not someone who treats it like a project checklist.

Here's roughly how your first 90 days would look:

  1. First 30 days — Learn the operation. Map what exists, find the gaps, understand our tools (Kajabi, ConvertKit, Notion). You're observing and documenting, not building yet.
  2. Days 30–60 — Take ownership of a live launch. Run the timeline, coordinate the content creator, email team, and tech support. Every deliverable needs an owner and a date. You escalate what's slipping before it becomes a problem.
  3. Days 60–90 — Write the full launch playbook from what you've learned. Every future launch runs off it.

Long-term you own every launch end-to-end: pre-launch sequences, live launch week, post-launch fulfillment, and the retrospective after.

You need to be fluent in English and comfortable managing people who are more senior in title but need someone telling them what's due and when. Timezone is flexible — the team works async with scheduled syncs.

Tools you should already know:

  • Notion, Asana, or similar project management tool
  • Online course platforms — Kajabi, Teachable, or Thinkific
  • Basic email sequence logic (ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
