Job Description
Eight weeks before launch: funnel built, landing pages tested, lead magnet delivery confirmed. Six weeks out: pre-launch sequence live, early bird list building. Four weeks: webinar or challenge set up, countdown emails scheduled. Two weeks: cart open sequences loaded and tested. Launch week: everything running, nothing broken, conversion data tracked in real time.
That's what a well-run course launch looks like. This role owns that entire timeline.
We run an online education business and we launch regularly — this isn't a one-time project. You'll work with the course creator to build and manage the launch plan, set up and sequence email campaigns in ActiveCampaign, coordinate all moving parts, and document what worked so each launch gets smoother than the last. Funnel-building and email automation experience in an online education or coaching context is expected. We track everything in ClickUp.
