Job Description

We're an ecommerce brand looking for a CRO Specialist with hands-on experience running conversion optimization programs — not someone learning on the job.

Responsibilities:

  • Auditing product pages, collection pages, and checkout flow for conversion issues
  • Running A/B and multivariate tests using VWO, Optimizely, or a comparable platform
  • Analyzing heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel data to identify drop-off points
  • Writing test hypotheses backed by data, not assumptions
  • Reporting on test results and rolling out winning variations
  • Collaborating with design and dev on UX improvements identified through testing

Prior CRO experience on an ecommerce brand required. Proficient with Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics 4.
