Job Description
I’m looking for someone who lives and breathes data—not just to read it, but to act on it. As our CRO specialist, you’ll own our conversion strategy from insight to implementation. Your job is to find where we’re losing people, why, and what we can do to turn that around. This isn’t about guesswork; it’s about using marketing analytics to run smarter tests, make confident changes, and grow the business.
What you’ll do
You'll dive into our user journeys, site analytics, and campaign data to spot leaks in the funnel. You’ll design and run structured experiments—A/B tests, landing page optimizations, UX improvements—and measure what truly moves the needle. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and design to turn data into actionable experiments and scalable wins.
Who you are
You have hands-on experience in CRO with a strong focus on marketing and performance data. You know tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar—and how to use them to answer real business questions. You think in hypotheses, test with purpose, and communicate results clearly, without jargon. You’re proactive, curious, and relentless about improving conversion rates.
