Job Description

We are a direct-to-consumer brand in the sleep and wellness space, focused on helping people achieve better rest. Our visual identity is inspired by Scandinavian calm. We are growing quickly and need a specialist to build and manage our pipeline of user-generated content that feels authentic and drives conversions across social platforms.

In this role, you will find, brief, and manage a network of UGC creators to produce content that aligns with our brand aesthetic. You will write scripts, hooks, and shot lists based on proven ad frameworks that perform. You will review all incoming raw footage, select the best takes, and prepare it for editing. You will also repurpose top-performing UGC into various ad formats like testimonials, unboxings, and problem-solution clips. A key part of the job is to analyze content performance data to continuously improve creator briefs and output. You will stay updated on platform trends in our niche to keep our content relevant and engaging.

We require proven experience creating or managing UGC-style content for e-commerce or D2C brands. A strong portfolio is mandatory. You must have an in-depth understanding of what performs on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Pinterest. Excellent written English is required for scripting and communication. You need a good eye for visual storytelling and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback to creators. A proactive, reliable mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment are essential. Familiarity with the wellness or lifestyle niche is a significant advantage.
