Community Engagement Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and highly engaging Community Engagement Virtual Assistant to help grow and manage our online presence across Reddit, social media platforms, and Discord. Your main goal will be to actively engage with communities, build relationships, and drive targeted traffic to our website.

This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, knows how to communicate naturally online, and can turn conversations into meaningful engagement and conversions.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with users on Reddit, Discord, and social media platforms
• Participate in relevant discussions and communities in an authentic way
• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
• Drive traffic to our website through strategic engagement (no spam)
• Identify trending topics and opportunities for visibility
• Build and nurture relationships with community members
• Monitor community feedback and report insights
• Support growth initiatives and engagement campaigns

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing or engaging online communities (Reddit, Discord, social media)
• Strong understanding of Reddit culture, Discord communities, and social media dynamics
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Ability to engage naturally and avoid spammy behavior
• Experience driving traffic or generating engagement through organic methods
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and consistent in daily engagement efforts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience growing online communities or managing Discord servers
• Familiarity with niche communities and viral content strategies
• Basic knowledge of marketing, funnels, or content strategy
