We're a B2B agency scaling our outbound and need someone who owns the full cold email operation. That means building and cleaning lead lists, writing sequences that don't sound robotic, running tests on subject lines and openers, managing deliverability, and reporting on what's working week over week.

What you'll own:

1. Research and build targeted lead lists segmented by ICP criteria
2. Write and test new sequences — subject lines, openers, CTAs
3. Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, and inbox placement health
4. Track reply rates, positive reply rates, and meetings booked
5. Report weekly on performance and what you're changing based on it

You'll work primarily in Apollo and Instantly. You'll be building lists from scratch — not inheriting a warm database. You know the difference between a good hook and a pitch, and you know most cold emails are pitches pretending to be hooks.
