Job Description

We are running a high-volume outbound engine and need a deliverability expert to manage the plumbing.

You will handle:

  1. Domain Procurement: Buying and authenticating secondary domains (.com, .io, .net).
  2. DNS Setup: Hand-configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for every account.
  3. Inbox Management: Setting up Smartlead/Instantly, managing the warm-up schedules, and rotating 50+ inboxes to stay under provider limits.
  4. Monitoring: Checking blacklists daily and swapping out "burnt" domains before they kill our campaign ROI.
