Job Description

WHO WE ARE
We're a real estate investment company specializing in buying and renovating distressed properties. Our pipeline depends on finding motivated sellers fast.

THE JOB
Make high-volume outbound calls daily to property owners from our targeted lead lists — absentee owners, probate properties, pre-foreclosures, tax delinquents, and expired listings. Your mission is finding homeowners who need to sell quickly. You'll have conversations to understand their situation, ask qualifying questions about the property condition and their timeline, handle objections without being pushy, gather key details like address, mortgage balance, and repair needs, and set appointments for our acquisition team when you find serious sellers. Every call gets logged in the CRM with detailed notes for follow-up.

WHAT YOU NEED
Cold calling experience for real estate investors, wholesalers, or house flippers / Neutral English accent that builds trust with US homeowners / Empathy for people in tough situations like foreclosure, probate, or financial hardship / Experience with real estate CRMs and persistence — you'll hear rejections constantly throughout the day / Knowledge of real estate terms: ARV, equity, comps, probate, liens / Available to call during US business hours for maximum contact rates

COMPENSATION
Hourly base plus bonuses for qualified appointments set
