Job Description

We're looking for a confident, people-first communicator to be the first voice new clients hear. You'll guide homebuyers, sellers, and real estate agents through booking their home inspection — turning inquiries into confirmed appointments and setting the tone for a great client experience. This role blends phone-based sales with genuine customer care.

What you'll do

  • Answer inbound calls and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into booked inspections
  • Walk new clients through our services, pricing, and what to expect from the inspection process
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate between clients, agents, and inspectors
  • Handle questions, concerns, and special requests with calm professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and track lead-to-booking conversion
  • Follow up after inspections to gather feedback and encourage referrals

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of phone-based sales or customer support experience
  • Strong verbal communication — clear, warm, and persuasive without being pushy
  • Comfortable handling objections and closing appointments over the phone
  • Organized and detail-oriented with solid CRM or scheduling software skills
  • Real estate or home services industry background is a plus, but not required
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
