We process high order volume and chargebacks are a meaningful cost when not managed properly. We need a specialist with strong experience in dispute management and representment — not someone learning the process here.
Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming chargeback and dispute notifications across payment processors
- Building and submitting representment cases with the correct supporting evidence
- Tracking dispute deadlines and ensuring all responses go in on time
- Identifying fraud patterns and flagging high-risk orders before they become disputes
- Working with CS and fulfillment teams to gather order evidence for active cases
- Reporting monthly on dispute volume, win rate, and recovered revenue
Strong chargeback management experience required. Familiarity with Stripe, PayPal, and major card network dispute processes expected.
