Drive Growth for a Global Tech Innovator

We are a forward-thinking technology company expanding our footprint across the Asia-Pacific region. Our products help businesses streamline operations and enhance productivity. We are building a dynamic APAC sales team from the ground up and need a proactive Business Development Representative to initiate conversations and generate qualified opportunities. This role is the critical first touchpoint for our future clients.

Your Core Mission

As a BDR, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of qualified leads by proactively reaching out to potential business clients.

  • Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to introduce our solutions to key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Engage prospects using a consultative approach, leveraging provided scripts and talking points as a foundation for genuine conversation.
  • Conduct thorough qualification to assess fit, identify pain points, and understand budget and timeline.
  • Navigate company structures to connect with the correct stakeholders and secure interest for a follow-up demo with our senior sales team.
  • Manage initial sales objections with confidence and maintain a positive, persistent approach throughout the outreach cycle.
  • Precisely log all activities, notes, and prospect information in our CRM system to ensure seamless handoff and tracking.

Your Profile & Qualifications

We are looking for a communicative and results-driven individual who thrives in a start-up environment.

  • Minimum 6 months of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar B2B business development role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English—you are articulate, confident, and can build quick rapport over the phone.
  • A disciplined approach to following processes and scripts, combined with the creativity to adapt conversations based on prospect responses.
  • A self-starter attitude with high motivation and resilience to handle rejection and stay focused on goals.
  • Highly reliable personal setup: a fast, stable internet connection and a professional, quiet workspace for conducting calls.
  • A keen desire to learn, receive coaching, and master our specific outreach methodology and product knowledge.

Compensation & Details

This role offers a base of $700 USD per month, plus a performance-based bonus. You will be a core part of our APAC expansion and can work remotely, but must be available during standard Asia business hours to connect with regional clients.
