We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Development Assistant to support our growing sales and outreach efforts. This role sits at the intersection of prospecting, CRM management, appointment coordination, and sales operations.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll help keep the business development engine running by:

  • Researching prospective organizations and key stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining outreach lists for sales campaigns
  • Organizing contact information and prospect records
  • Supporting outbound outreach and appointment-setting initiatives
  • Monitoring responses and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Updating CRM records and maintaining accurate pipeline data
  • Coordinating meetings and confirming appointments
  • Preparing prospect summaries and sales support materials
  • Assisting with onboarding coordination and administrative sales tasks
  • Maintaining reports, documentation, and operational records

Beyond administrative support, you'll play an important role in helping the team stay organized, responsive, and focused on high-value opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

You don't need to come from a specific industry, but you should be comfortable working in a sales-oriented environment where attention to detail and consistency matter.

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, Business Development Assistant, Appointment Setter, CRM Coordinator, or similar role would be beneficial. Experience working with CRM platforms and productivity tools is also highly valued.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential, as you'll be supporting outreach efforts and interacting with professional stakeholders.
