Job Description

We're a direct-to-consumer brand scaling across e-commerce and social channels. Our visual output has been handled by generalists and freelancers — the result is inconsistent brand presentation across ads, email, product pages, and social. We need a designer who can establish visual consistency and execute at pace across everything we ship.

This role covers both brand-level thinking and day-to-day asset production. You'll work with the marketing and content teams to maintain and evolve the visual identity while turning around creative assets on a regular cadence.

What you'll work on

  • Social media graphics, ad creatives, and story templates across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Email design — headers, banners, and layout templates in coordination with the email marketing team
  • Product page and landing page visuals — hero images, infographics, and feature graphics
  • Brand asset management — maintaining a library of fonts, colors, templates, and guidelines the whole team can use
  • Occasional brand-level work — updating guidelines and creating new visual elements as the catalog grows

What we need

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience in an e-commerce, DTC, or consumer brand environment
  • Strong in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop — Canva for rapid social asset production
  • A portfolio showing brand consistency across multiple channels, not just isolated pieces
  • Fast turnaround — this team moves quickly and design can't be the bottleneck
  • Any timezone — the work is async and deadline-driven
