Bookkeeper

Three-plus years of bookkeeping experience and daily QuickBooks use — that's the baseline for this role. If you're still building toward that, this isn't the right fit.

Day to day, you'll be maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and delivering regular financial reports. The work is consistent and detail-oriented. It needs to be done right the first time, every time.

We're looking for someone self-sufficient enough to work without hand-holding, accurate enough to catch their own mistakes, and organized enough to stay on top of deadlines without reminders.
