Job Description

Role Summary:
Hiring a B2C Retention Specialist to re-engage past gym visitors who attended once or twice but did not return. The role focuses on outbound calls, understanding drop-off reasons, and converting leads into returning members.

Responsibilities:

  • Call past visitors and inactive leads
  • Identify reasons for drop-off
  • Handle objections and re-engage prospects
  • Convert calls into booked visits or memberships
  • Track call outcomes and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in phone-based B2C sales or retention
  • Strong, neutral speaking voice
  • Demonstrated ability to convert leads
  • Confident objection handling
  • Clear English communication
