Job Description

We're looking for a motivated B2B Sales / Inside Sales Associate to help grow and develop customer relationships while supporting the day-to-day sales process.

In this role, you'll work with business customers, channel partners, resellers, and industry professionals to identify opportunities, provide product information, and help move prospects through the sales pipeline. You'll also play an important supporting role by assisting with sales documentation, order preparation, and account coordination.

Success in this position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a genuine interest in building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with prospective clients, uncovering needs, and turning conversations into business opportunities.

Your primary focus will be generating new business through outbound outreach while maintaining professional communication with existing and prospective customers. You'll be expected to identify qualified leads, nurture relationships, and support the sales team in converting opportunities into revenue.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating and qualifying new sales opportunities
  • Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customer accounts
  • Presenting product information and answering customer questions
  • Supporting account development and revenue growth initiatives
  • Assisting with quotes, order preparation, and sales documentation
  • Following up on leads and sales opportunities in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with internal teams to support customer needs
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable spending a significant portion of their day on outbound calls. Previous experience in inside sales, business development, lead generation, account management, or customer-facing B2B sales environments would be highly beneficial.
