We are looking for a B2B Onboarding Manager to support new clients as they get started with our SaaS platform. Your main goal will be to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, helping clients understand and successfully use our product from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Guide new B2B clients through the onboarding process.
- Provide clear instructions and support to help clients set up and use the platform effectively.
- Act as the main point of contact during the onboarding phase.
- Identify client needs and ensure a positive initial experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding workflows and materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a B2B onboarding, customer success, or account management role (preferably in SaaS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly way.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM or customer success tools.
Assessment:
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a brief task or scenario-based exercise to assess their onboarding approach and communication skills.
