Job Description

We are looking for a B2B Onboarding Manager to support new clients as they get started with our SaaS platform. Your main goal will be to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, helping clients understand and successfully use our product from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide new B2B clients through the onboarding process.
  • Provide clear instructions and support to help clients set up and use the platform effectively.
  • Act as the main point of contact during the onboarding phase.
  • Identify client needs and ensure a positive initial experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding workflows and materials.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a B2B onboarding, customer success, or account management role (preferably in SaaS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly way.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM or customer success tools.

Assessment:
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a brief task or scenario-based exercise to assess their onboarding approach and communication skills.
