Job Description
Building a consistent B2B pipeline doesn't happen by accident — it takes the right tools, sharp targeting, and sequences that actually get responses. We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who has done this before and knows how to get results out of every stage of the outbound process.
You'll be responsible for building and managing our full outbound pipeline. That means identifying and sourcing target accounts, building verified prospect lists inside Apollo, setting up and running multi-step email sequences, monitoring deliverability and reply rates, and continuously testing and refining what's working. This isn't a role where you set up a sequence once and let it run — we expect active management, regular iteration, and a data-driven approach to improving outcomes week over week.
Apollo will be your primary tool, and we expect you to know it well — not just the basics. List building with filters, sequence automation, A/B testing subject lines and messaging, inbox rotation, bounce management, and using analytics to understand what's performing. If you work with other tools in your stack — Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar — we want to hear about them. The more versatile your setup, the better.
Writing matters in this role. Your sequences are often the first touchpoint a prospect has with our brand, and generic copy gets ignored. You should be able to write outreach that feels researched and specific — short, relevant, and worth replying to. Not a template with a first name swapped in.
Compensation includes a base salary plus performance bonuses tied directly to pipeline output — qualified leads generated and meetings booked. The better you perform, the more you earn. If you're motivated by results and have the numbers to back it up, this role is worth your time.
