Job Description

This is a phone-based outbound role. You'll be calling B2B prospects, qualifying them, and booking meetings for the sales team. If you're not comfortable making cold calls all day, this isn't the right fit.

What the role involves:

  • Making outbound calls to cold and warm prospects from a provided list
  • Following a script with the ability to adapt based on the conversation
  • Qualifying prospects against defined criteria before booking
  • Logging call outcomes and notes in the CRM accurately after each call
  • Following up with prospects who didn't answer or requested a callback

Prior cold calling or appointment setting experience required. Clear, confident spoken English is non-negotiable — you're representing the business on every call. Performance bonuses based on meetings booked and show rate. US business hours.
