Automations Expert – Marketing & Consulting Agency

The Role

We're hiring an Automations Expert to integrate client CRMs with GoHighLevel (GHL) and Google Sheets.

Most day-to-day work involves standard native integrations and Zapier/Make workflows, but you'll regularly hit complex edge cases requiring custom API integrations. The routine work is simple — the edge cases will test your technical depth. You need to be able to solve problems independently, without hand-holding.

Technical Stack

• Advanced GoHighLevel (GHL) architecture
• Zapier / Make / n8n
• Claude and AI API integrations
• Custom API webhooks and documentation mapping
• Coding proficiency (JavaScript/Node.js, Python, etc.)

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Takes extreme ownership — you own the outcome, not just the assigned task

The mindset we're looking for: instead of saying "the webhook failed," you say "the webhook failed, I found the bug, and it's fixed."
