Automation Specialist (Experienced Only)

We are looking for a highly experienced Automation Specialist to help streamline and optimize our internal processes. Our company handles a significant amount of data and operational workflows, and we need someone who can design and implement robust automation systems to improve efficiency and scalability.

This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for someone with proven, hands-on experience delivering real-world automation solutions in business environments.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze existing workflows, data processes, and operational bottlenecks
• Design and implement end-to-end automation systems
• Integrate tools, platforms, and data sources (APIs, CRMs, databases, etc.)
• Automate repetitive processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
• Ensure data flows efficiently between systems
• Document automations and maintain system reliability

Requirements

• Proven experience building real, production-level automations
• Strong knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, APIs, scripting, etc.)
• Experience working with large datasets and complex workflows
• Ability to think in systems and optimize processes end-to-end
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Clear communication and documentation skills
