Automation & Data Specialist

We are looking for a fast, detail-oriented Automation and Data Specialist who can efficiently find, scrape, clean, and organize high-quality data for our outreach campaigns. Your goal is to provide our team with accurate, ready-to-use lists that drive results.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated web scraping workflows to extract data from various online sources.
• Efficiently collect accurate contact information, specifically verified email addresses.
• Identify and filter out low-quality or irrelevant data to ensure high lead quality.
• Clean and organize data into structured formats (CSV, Google Sheets, or CRM) so it is ready for immediate outreach.
• Deliver accurate results quickly with minimal errors.
• Troubleshoot and update scraping scripts when website structures change.

Requirements

• Proven experience with data scraping, data mining, and web automation tools.
• Strong attention to detail—you must be able to spot "dirty data" or formatting errors.
• Ability to work fast and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• High level of proficiency with tools like Python (BeautifulSoup/Selenium), Octoparse, Apify, or similar "no-code" automation platforms (Zapier/Make).
• Good judgment in identifying "good vs. low-quality" data based on project-specific criteria.
