Job Description
We're a plumbing company generating leads through our website and paid advertising. We need someone to call these leads immediately after they submit forms, qualify their needs, and book appointments before competitors reach them.
Your job is speed and conversion. When a lead fills out a form on our website, Facebook ads, or Google Ads, you'll call them within 5 minutes while their need is fresh. You'll introduce our company, ask about their plumbing issue to understand if it's urgent or routine, confirm their location and availability, and book them into our calendar system for the soonest time slot that works. You'll send confirmation details via text or email immediately after booking. For leads who don't answer, you'll follow up persistently with calls and texts until you reach them. You'll update our CRM with detailed notes about each conversation, the service needed, and any special requirements. When leads aren't ready to book immediately, you'll nurture them with follow-up calls to convert them later.
We need someone with at least 1 year of experience calling inbound leads for service businesses like HVAC, roofing, electrical, or home services. You must have a neutral English accent that US customers easily understand and trust. Experience working with leads from digital marketing channels including website forms, Facebook Lead Ads, and Google Ads is required. You need to be comfortable using CRM system to track leads and log calls. Strong phone skills to build rapport quickly and overcome objections are essential. Understanding of urgency in lead response - you know that calling within minutes dramatically increases conversion rates. Ability to handle rejection and maintain energy throughout your calling day is necessary. You must be available during US business hours when leads are coming in and expecting callbacks.
