You need 2+ years of appointment setting experience in home services, solar, HVAC, roofing, or similar industries where you've consistently hit quotas. Clear, professional accent and excellent phone presence are non-negotiable—homeowners need to understand you easily and trust you immediately. You must be comfortable with high-volume calling, handling rejection without losing energy, and staying motivated through consistent outreach. Strong objection-handling skills are essential since many homeowners are skeptical about solar costs and sales pitches. CRM proficiency and ability to keep detailed notes after every call. Self-disciplined for remote work with reliable internet and a quiet space for professional calls. Basic knowledge of residential solar benefits, savings, and tax incentives helps build credibility.​

Your Day-to-Day

Call pre-qualified homeowners from lead lists we provide. Introduce solar installation services in a natural, conversational way that builds trust fast. Ask qualifying questions: Do they own their home? What's their monthly energy bill? Is the roof in good condition? Are they ready to move forward in the next 3-6 months? Handle objections about price, legitimacy, and timing with prepared responses. Schedule in-home consultations with our sales team and confirm homeowner availability. Send confirmation details via email or text. Update the CRM with call outcomes and follow-up actions. Reschedule no-shows and manage callbacks. Coordinate with installation consultants to avoid calendar conflicts.​
