We're a fast-growing real estate company looking for a reliable Appointment Setter to join our remote team. Your job is straightforward: turn leads into booked calls. You'll work with an established pipeline of warm and inbound leads, reaching out by phone and following up until they're on our calendar.
What you'll be doing:
- Calling and following up with warm real estate leads
- Qualifying prospects and scheduling appointments for our sales team
- Managing and updating lead records in Follow Up Boss
- Keeping the calendar organized and conflict-free
- Tracking daily outreach activity and reporting results
What we're looking for:
- Some experience in appointment setting, sales support, or a similar phone-based role
- Comfortable making calls and handling objections calmly
- Familiarity with CRM tools — Follow Up Boss experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented and consistent; you don't let leads fall through the cracks
- Available during US business hours
Nice to have:
- Background in real estate or property-related sales
