Job Description

We’re hiring someone who knows how to turn HVAC leads into booked appointments—not just follow a script. This role is focused on fast response times, consistent follow-up, and making sure potential customers actually make it onto the schedule.

You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners reaching out about heating and cooling services. That means handling inbound inquiries, asking the right questions to understand urgency (no AC, broken furnace, maintenance, etc.), and moving the conversation toward a scheduled service call or estimate.

You’ll also work through outbound follow-ups—reaching back out to missed calls, older leads, and unscheduled estimates. A big part of the role is staying organized and making sure no lead gets ignored or lost in the pipeline.

We’re looking for someone with experience in appointment setting, lead conversion, or inside sales, ideally within HVAC or similar home service industries. You should be comfortable using a CRM, tracking conversations, and keeping notes clean so technicians and sales reps have the context they need.

This role requires clear communication, good judgment on prioritizing urgent jobs, and the ability to handle customers who need quick answers without overcomplicating the process.
