We are a growing e-commerce brand looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Amazon Store Manager to take full ownership of our daily account operations. If you are a proactive problem solver who thrives in the Amazon ecosystem and loves optimizing listings for growth, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Health & Operations: Monitor and maintain account health metrics daily within Amazon Seller Central, proactively resolving any listing suppressions, policy flags, or cases.
- Inventory & FBA Management: Oversee Amazon FBA logistics, including creating shipments, monitoring inventory health, managing restock limits, and preventing stockouts.
- Listing Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords) to maximize organic search rankings and conversion rates.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly and professionally to maintain excellent seller ratings.
- Reporting: Track and analyze daily sales, advertising spend, and profitability metrics to provide actionable insights.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience independently managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- FBA Expertise: Deep understanding of the Amazon FBA model, inbound shipping workflows, and inventory management.
- Tool Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa for keyword research, listing optimization, and competitor analysis.
- Communication: Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Proven track record of successfully navigating Amazon’s support system and resolving complex account issues.
