Amazon Seller Manager

We're hiring an experienced Amazon Seller VA to manage our Seller Central account end-to-end. This is a role for someone who already knows Amazon inside out — not a place to learn it.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Seller Central account day to day
• Optimize listings — titles, bullets, backend keywords, and images
• Create and track FBA shipments and coordinate inbound inventory
• Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory before it causes stockouts
• Monitor PPC campaigns, track ACoS, and flag what to cut or scale
• Handle A-to-z claims, negative feedback, and account health issues
• Report on sales, inventory, and campaign performance

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account
• Solid understanding of FBA logistics and inventory planning
• Experience optimizing listings and monitoring PPC campaigns
• Ability to read and act on listing and campaign data
• Experience handling A-to-z claims and account health
• Familiarity with Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is a plus
• Strong written English and reliable, independent work
• Availability during US business hours
