Job Description

We're an Amazon-first brand with a catalog of products across multiple categories. PPC has been managed in-house without a dedicated specialist and it shows — campaigns are disorganized, ACoS has crept up over time, and we don't have a clear picture of what's actually profitable at the ASIN level. We need someone who knows Amazon advertising inside and out and can take full ownership of the channel.

You'll start with a full audit, restructure what needs restructuring, and build a campaign strategy that balances growth and profitability across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. This is a hands-on execution role — you'll be in Seller Central and Helium 10 every day, not managing an agency or coordinating with one.

What you'll own

  1. Full audit of existing PPC campaigns — structure, targeting, bids, and match types — with a prioritized remediation plan delivered in the first two weeks
  2. Rebuilding and restructuring campaigns where needed — proper segmentation, keyword harvesting from Search Term Reports, and ongoing negative keyword management
  3. Day-to-day management of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display across the full catalog
  4. Keyword research and competitive analysis using Helium 10 to identify ranking opportunities and traffic gaps
  5. Marketplace SEO alignment — ensuring listing copy, backend search terms, and PPC strategy are working together
  6. Weekly reporting on spend, ACoS, TACoS, and revenue by campaign and ASIN — with clear interpretation and recommended actions

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing Amazon PPC with specific, demonstrable results — ACoS or TACoS improvements you can speak to in detail
  • Deep working knowledge of Helium 10 for keyword research, competitor analysis, and listing optimization
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's advertising platform — campaign types, bidding strategies, placement modifiers, and attribution windows
  • Experience managing accounts with significant monthly ad budgets
  • Asia timezone — structured daily handoffs with the US-based ops team
  • English proficiency for reporting and async communication
