Job Description

If you've managed Amazon Sponsored Products campaigns and can tell us your average ACOS, what you did to move it, and what the outcome was — we want to talk. If your answer is that you "managed campaigns and optimized bids," this isn't the right fit.

We're an Amazon private label brand in the health and supplements space and PPC is central to how we grow. We need a manager who owns the full advertising operation — not someone who checks in weekly and makes minor adjustments.

What full ownership looks like:

  • Campaign structure across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
  • Keyword research, match type strategy, and ongoing search term harvesting
  • Bid management and dayparting based on performance data, not instinct
  • New product launch campaigns — ranking strategy, aggressive early spend, then efficiency optimization
  • Weekly reporting: spend, ACOS, TACOS, revenue contribution, and what's changing next week and why
  • Competitor monitoring and identifying placement opportunities before they get expensive

Helium 10 or a comparable tool is expected. You need to understand how PPC and organic ranking interact on Amazon — managing them in isolation is a red flag. Compensation includes performance bonuses tied to ACOS and revenue targets.
