We are seeking a highly analytical and self-motivated Amazon PPC & Account Manager to oversee and grow our Seller Central presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, understands Amazon’s advertising ecosystem, and is passionate about scaling product performance through strategic campaign management.
You will play a key role in driving visibility, improving conversion rates, and maximizing return on ad spend through continuous optimization and smart decision-making.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Own and manage all Amazon advertising efforts, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other PPC formats
- Develop and execute keyword strategies to boost both paid and organic rankings
- Monitor and interpret campaign performance metrics such as ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Continuously refine product listings (titles, bullet points, backend keywords) to improve discoverability and sales
- Ensure account health by addressing policy issues, customer feedback, and performance notifications
- Stay informed on new Amazon features, tools, and advertising updates
- Work closely with internal stakeholders or clients to align on goals, budgets, and growth strategies
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and adjust campaign tactics
- Prepare clear, data-driven reports with insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and campaign scaling
- Deep understanding of product variation structures (parent-child relationships)
- Proficiency with keyword research and analytics tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataDive
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities
- A proactive, detail-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results
Nice to Have
- 3+ years of experience in Amazon account management, particularly in PPC and listing optimization
- Strong familiarity with all major Amazon ad types, including Sponsored Display
- Experience managing accounts across international Amazon marketplaces
