What You'll Own

  • Listing Excellence — Create, audit, and continuously improve product listings: titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, and imagery. Every detail matters.
  • Inventory Oversight — Keep a close eye on stock levels and proactively coordinate with suppliers and fulfillment centers to avoid costly gaps.
  • Customer Experience — Manage buyer communications with professionalism and speed. Handle returns, refunds, and review responses in a way that protects our reputation.
  • PPC Management — Run Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns. Monitor performance, adjust bids, spot waste, and push for better returns.
  • Data & Reporting — Pull and interpret daily and weekly sales data from Seller Central. Surface insights, flag issues, and recommend action.
  • Research — Dig into keywords and competitors to uncover untapped opportunities and keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Brand Presence — Support A+ Content creation, storefront updates, and new product launches including FBA shipment plan preparation.

You're a Great Fit If You Have

  • Solid, hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
  • A strong grasp of Amazon SEO principles and FBA logistics
  • Real-world Amazon PPC experience — not just theory
  • Working proficiency with Helium 10
  • A sharp eye for detail and a self-starter mindset
  • Clear, professional written English communication
