Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant for Full Time

We are a growing e-commerce brand and are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts and will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations to help scale our business.

You will work directly with the brand owner to manage product listings, optimize performance, handle customer inquiries, and ensure smooth backend operations. This is a remote, full-time/part-time role perfect for someone who is proactive, analytical, and passionate about e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Amazon product listings (title, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and images).
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or warehouses to prevent stockouts.
• Handle Amazon customer service—respond to buyer messages, manage returns/refunds, and address negative feedback.
• Run and analyze basic Amazon PPC campaigns—monitor ACOS, adjust bids, and suggest optimizations.
• Pull and review daily/weekly sales reports using Amazon Seller Central and Helium 10.
• Conduct competitor and keyword research to identify new opportunities.
• Assist with creating and uploading A+ Content and managing brand store updates.
• Help with listing new products and preparing shipment plans for FBA.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Amazon VA or similar role—must be familiar with Seller Central.
• Knowledge of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and FBA logistics.
• Experience with Amazon PPC advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands).
• Proficiency with e-commerce tool Helium 10.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good English communication skills (written).
