Job Description
What We're Looking For
Someone with hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience who can take ownership of our FBA operations while we focus on growth strategy. You'll manage listings, monitor inventory, handle customer issues, and keep our Amazon business running smoothly day-to-day.
This Role Handles:
Listing optimization: Update product titles, bullet points, descriptions with relevant keywords to improve search visibility and conversions. Keep product images, pricing, and details current across all listings.
Inventory tracking:
- Monitor stock levels daily and flag when reorder points are approaching
- Track inbound shipments and coordinate with our warehouse on FBA inventory
Customer service:
- Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours with professional, helpful answers
- Manage returns, refunds, and negative feedback resolution
- Turn unhappy customers into satisfied ones whenever possible
Performance monitoring: Pull weekly reports on sales, traffic, and conversion rates. Watch for account health issues, policy warnings, or listing suppressions and handle them immediately.
You Need:
- At least 1-2 years working directly in Amazon Seller Central managing FBA operations
- Strong grasp of Amazon's policies, FBA processes, and how the platform works
- Proven ability to write clear, persuasive product copy optimized for Amazon search
- Experience handling customer inquiries professionally and resolving issues quickly
- Comfortable with data - pulling reports, spotting trends, and making basic recommendations
- Detail-oriented personality that catches errors before they go live
- Good written English for customer-facing communication and listings
- Self-starter who doesn't need constant direction to stay productive
