Job Description

We're looking for an Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant to handle day-to-day operations as our brand scales. This is a focused role supporting essential business functions.​

Core Responsibilities

Listing Management

  • Optimize existing product listings with relevant keywords and compelling copy​
  • Update product information, images, and pricing as needed​
  • Monitor listing health and fix suppressed or incomplete listings​

Inventory Monitoring

  • Track stock levels and alert when reorder points are reached​
  • Monitor inbound shipments in Seller Central​
  • Flag potential stockout or overstock situations​

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer messages within 24 hours​
  • Handle basic return/refund requests following standard procedures​
  • Monitor and respond to product reviews appropriately​

Performance Tracking

  • Pull weekly sales reports and key metrics from Seller Central​
  • Track advertising spend and sales performance​
  • Flag any account health issues or policy warnings​

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience working with Amazon Seller Central​
  • Strong understanding of FBA processes and Amazon policies​
  • Excellent written English for customer communication and listings​
  • Comfortable with data entry and basic spreadsheet work​
  • Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed hours​
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
