Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant

Growing FBA business seeking experienced VA to manage daily Seller Central operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate FBA shipments with suppliers
• Create and optimize product listings using keyword research and SEO best practices
• Respond to customer messages within 24 hours and resolve returns/refunds
• Track competitor pricing and update our product prices accordingly
• Handle account health issues and submit cases to Amazon support when needed
• Process refund requests and work on feedback removal when policy allows
• Upload new products with proper images, descriptions, and backend keywords
• Generate weekly sales and inventory reports

Required Experience:

• 2+ years managing Amazon FBA accounts in Seller Central
• Proficient with Helium 10 for product research and listing optimization
• Experience with flat file uploads for bulk product management
• Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and seller performance metrics
• Excellent written English for customer communication and listing copy
• Familiarity with FBA inventory management and shipment processes
• Available to work US business hours
