Amazon FBA Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon USA Seller Central account. We need someone proactive, detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Seller Central, Account Health, performance notifications, and customer issues.
• Manage product listings, keyword optimization, listing updates, and suppressed listings.
• Track FBA inventory, coordinate shipments, and provide stock and reorder alerts.
• Monitor Amazon PPC campaigns and recommend or implement optimizations within agreed limits.
• Handle customer messages, returns, and operational issues according to Amazon policies.
• Open and follow up on Seller Support cases.
• Prepare weekly reports covering sales, advertising, inventory, and account performance.
• Identify problems early and recommend practical solutions.

Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
• Proven experience managing Amazon USA FBA accounts.
• Good understanding of listing management, FBA operations, inventory, and account health.
• PPC experience, including campaign reporting and optimization, is preferred.
• Strong written English and clear communication.
• Ability to analyze data, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and availability for agreed working hours.
• Willingness to complete a short paid skills assessment.

Compensation and application

The budget is $800–$1,000 per month for a full-time role, depending on demonstrated skills and experience.
