Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Account Specialist to support and scale brand performance on the Amazon marketplace. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the operational and strategic side of Seller Central and enjoys working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining listing health, improving conversion rates, and ensuring smooth day-to-day account operations. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll help optimize product listings, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth.

In this position, you’ll handle core catalog management tasks such as creating and updating listings, managing variations, and working with flat files when needed. You’ll also monitor key ASIN performance, track Buy Box ownership, and ensure listings remain compliant with Amazon policies.

A big part of the role involves problem-solving—whether that’s handling Seller Central cases, resolving account issues, or navigating compliance challenges. You’ll also keep a close eye on account health by monitoring returns, claims, feedback, and customer messages.

Beyond operations, you’ll contribute to growth by analyzing competitors, improving keywords, and testing ways to increase conversion rates. This includes working with creative assets, running experiments, and using promotional tools like bundles, coupons, and limited-time deals to boost performance.

We’re looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with data. You should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts and a strong understanding of how to improve metrics like conversion rate and click-through rate.

Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar platforms is expected, along with solid Excel skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

This role suits someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly, and enjoys finding ways to improve systems and results over time. If you’re someone who likes combining structure with optimization and growth, this will be a strong fit.
