Job Description
Our digital agency manages complex workflows for dozens of clients. We are looking for a specialist to analyze our internal and client processes and build reliable automations that save hours of manual work. Your role is to identify repetitive tasks and connect our tools to create seamless data flows.
You will audit existing workflows in marketing, reporting, and data entry to find automation opportunities. You will design and build automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n to connect platforms such as Google Sheets, CRMs, and email marketing software. You will implement AI tools within these workflows to handle tasks like data extraction or content summarization. You will create clear documentation for each automation and train team members on how to use them. You will monitor automated processes to ensure they run smoothly and troubleshoot any errors or breaks in the workflows.
Required: proven experience building and maintaining complex automations with tools like Zapier or Make. Strong understanding of APIs and how different web applications connect. Analytical mindset to break down processes into automatable steps. Proficiency with Google Sheets or Airtable for data handling. Ability to document work clearly and communicate technical processes to non-technical team members.
