Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AI Video Editor who understands performance marketing and can create high-converting social media ad creatives.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong creative skills with a deep understanding of direct response advertising, audience psychology, and conversion-focused content.
We're not looking for overly complex edits or flashy effects. We're looking for someone who knows how to create ads that capture attention, maintain engagement, and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form video advertisements for social media platforms
- Develop performance-focused creatives using AI-powered video and content generation tools
- Transform concepts, briefs, and scripts into engaging ad content
- Test and iterate on creative approaches based on performance objectives
- Produce content efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and creative production workflows
Preferred Tools & Experience
Experience with AI-powered content creation and video production tools is highly preferred, including platforms for:
- AI avatars and talking-head videos
- Voice generation and audio enhancement
- AI-assisted script development
- AI video generation and animation
- Creative testing and rapid content production
Candidates should be comfortable learning and adapting to new tools as the industry evolves.
