What You'll Do
- Transform creative briefs and scripts into engaging short-form video advertisements
- Produce content using AI-generated video, talking-head UGC, product-focused scenes, animations, and other creative formats
- Identify and implement effective hooks and creative concepts that drive performance
- Manage the video production process from concept to final delivery
- Stay current with emerging AI creative tools and incorporate them into your workflow
- Deliver high-quality content efficiently and consistently
What We're Looking For
- Passion for video creation, storytelling, and creative performance marketing
- Ability to produce a high volume of content while maintaining quality standards
- Strong familiarity with AI-powered video generation and editing tools
- Self-sufficient and capable of managing projects independently
- Reliable, organized, and deadline-driven
- Comfortable adapting quickly to new technologies and workflows
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience creating AI-assisted video content
- Strong video editing and post-production skills
- Computer hardware capable of handling video rendering and AI workflows efficiently
- Stable and reliable internet connection
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Portfolio or examples demonstrating relevant work
